Terms of Use
These terms apply to your purchase and use of Design Your Ideal Day, a fillable PDF workbook (the “Product”), sold by DTDM (“we,” “us”). By buying or using the Product or this website, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a one-time, instant digital download. There is no subscription. Checkout and payment are handled by our payment processor, not on this site.
2. License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own reflection and planning. You may keep copies for your own use and print it for yourself.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, post, or give away the Product or any part of it, and you may not use it to build a competing product or train a commercial service. If you want to use it with clients, a class, or a team, contact us first.
3. Not advice
The Product is a reflection and planning tool. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical, therapeutic, or mental health advice. Research and examples in it are summarized for general information and describe averages, not guarantees. Figures in the bonus section come from third-party sources, are mostly US-based, and may be out of date. Check them before you rely on them. For decisions about your health, money, or legal situation, talk to a qualified professional.
4. Results
We do not promise any particular outcome. What you get from the Product depends on the effort and honesty you put into it and on circumstances we do not control.
5. Refunds
Because the Product is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise. If you have a problem with your download or cannot open the file, email us and we will help.
6. Intellectual property
The Product, its text, layout, and design belong to DTDM. Buying it does not transfer ownership. Frameworks and studies mentioned in the Product belong to their respective authors and are summarized in our own words, with sources listed in the Product.
7. Using this website
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use it to mislead others.
8. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Product and website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
